Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the (the “Service”) https://elitecarsglasgow.co.uk website, operated by Elite Cars Glasgow (“us”, “we”, or “our”) the Premium Glasgow Chauffeur Service.

Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all customers who use the Service.

By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not request Premium Glasgow Chauffeur Service.

Age Restriction

By placing an order online with Elite Cars Glasgow, the hirer agrees that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that they are a minimum 18 years of age.

Booking Confirmation

Jobs will be classed as confirmed ONLY once payment has been made prior to booking, any price adjustments (if needed) due to unforeseen circumstances will be agreed with customer before pick up. Alterations to itinerary should also be informed prior to booking so we can update price accordingly.

Payment/Cancellation Policies

For any payment queries please contact us via email at info@elitecarsglasgow.co.uk. If you would like to cancel a reservation, please advise us as soon as possible. Charges may apply as follows:

Cancellation three days prior to booking notice: £50.00

Cancellation from three days to day of booking: Full cost of agreed price

No refunds will be issued if you fail to arrive on pre-agreed pick up address (No show)

Stand By/Waiting

Drivers are expected to wait a maximum of 30 minutes at any given address – which will be complementary in contract price given (this does not include airport transfers which is 60 minutes). From 30 minutes onwards there will be a charge at an hourly rate.

Flights/Airport Rides

Elite Cars Glasgow will take no responsibility for any missed flights or cover any other means of transportation.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Smoking/Alcohol/Pets

Smoking, alcohol and food will not be allowed in vehicles. Only guide dogs are permitted however, we must be informed at the time of booking.

Penalties

Penalty charges incurred due to the instructions from the client, will be payable by the client.

Damages

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles during the duration of the hire by them or any other members of their party.

Littering

In the event the client becomes physically sick and soils the vehicle, there will be a professional clean up or sanitization charge.

Behavior

If there is blatant indiscretion on part of the client, the driver has the right to terminate agreement without a refund.

Insurance Cover

We have fully comprehensive insurance along with public liability cover.

Privacy

We do not store any personal or card details nor does it get shared with any third party. For more detailed read our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide couple of days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Consent

By continuing to use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
